Poor Casebook

A nice textbook

In this updated version of Timoshenko's classical vibration book, it appears Weaver's role is usually bounded by solely rearranging the topics to a a lot of clear type that creates the book easier to browse. Though he introduced some numerical techniques, particularly for nonlinear systems and a replacement chapter on the finite component formulation of vibration issues, these cannot be thought of as noticeable additions. Great tool for learning calculus

I'm not excellent at math however with this book's facilitate, i am doing well in calculus. I frequently realize myself saying "well, why could not the textbook simply say that??" once reading the explainations given by Kelley. Things are terribly simplified however not such a lot that necessary info is overlooked. Another nice facet of this book is that it covers all of the necessary topics. alternative math self-help books appear to depart out the one topic i would like facilitate with however this book aligns o.k. with the text i am using (Thomas' Calculus Early Transcendentals). This book is unquestionably well worth the $13. Highly recommended!
